On behalf of the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), you and your staff are invited to a public meeting to learn about the proposed improvements for the above-referenced project. The public meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. and will be offered in-person and virtually simultaneously.
The public meeting will take place at the Boca Raton Public Library located at 400 NW 2nd Avenue, Boca Raton, Florida 33432. The public meeting will consist of a formal presentation followed by an open discussion. Staff will be available to answer questions and provide assistance. Comments and questions will be answered in the order received. If your question is not answered during the event, a response will be provided in writing following the meeting. Questions and comments may also be submitted prior to the meeting by contacting the Project Manager.

On behalf of the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), you and your staff are invited to attend a Virtual and In-Person Construction Open House to learn about the roadway improvements along SR A1A/South Ocean Boulevard from south of CR 782/East Linton Boulevard to north of SR 806/East Atlantic Avenue in the City of Delray Beach. Construction is scheduled to begin in June 2025.
The Virtual Public Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, June 11, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Please use the following link to register: https://tinyurl.com/A1ALintontoAtlantic. The In-Person Construction Open House is scheduled for Wednesday, June 11, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the City of Delray Beach — Swinton Operations Center located at 434 South Swinton Avenue, Delray Beach, FL 33444. This meeting will have an informal open house format with project representatives available to answer questions and provide assistance at any time during the meeting.
Notices are being sent to all property owners and tenants within the construction corridor and to other public officials, regulatory agencies, organizations, and individuals who expressed interest in the project.

On behalf of the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), you are invited to a Public Kick-Off Meeting for the Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study for the above referenced project. A PD&E Study is FDOT’s process to evaluate the social, economic, and
environmental impacts associated with a planned transportation improvement project. The purpose of this project is to provide system linkage in the roadway network, reduce area congestion by providing an additional north-south corridor to improve movement of people and
goods, improve travel, and safely accommodate bicycles and pedestrians to support the surrounding community's transportation needs.
The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried out by FDOT pursuant to 23 U.S.C. § 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated May 26, 2022, and executed by the
Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and FDOT.
The Public Kick-Off Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, June 25, 2025, (Virtual), and Thursday, June 26, 2025, (In-Person):

¿In-Person: The Public Kick-Off Meeting will be held at the 10th Street Community Center, located at 724 SE 10th Street, Stuart, Florida 34994 on Thursday, June 26,2025. The Public Kick-Off Meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. as an open-house format. A formal presentation will begin at 6:00 p.m. followed by a comment period. The same information will be presented at both the virtual and in-person Public Kick-Off Meeting, so attending both is not necessary.

Kick-Off Meeting.
