An open house will take place on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. followed by an in-person and virtual (hybrid) presentation at 6:30 p.m. The public meeting will take place at the Sebastian Community Center, 1805 North Central Avenue, Sebastian, Florida 32958.
