This access management project is being conducted to relieve congestion and enhance safety at the Blanding Boulevard (SR 21) and Wells Road intersection. As part of this redesign, the existing median opening in front of the Taco Bell/Orange Park Mall entrance will be closed. FDOT is offering numerous ways to participate in the meeting.
