A FDOT firewall software upgrade is scheduled for Saturday June 19th, beginning at 12:30PM. The upgrade will cause an outage for access to GlobalProtect (VPN access) and to access external departmental resources at the State Data Center, Internet and Cloud resources. This includes the FDOT mainframe. The outage will be for about 15 minutes if all goes well but could last up to four hours if it does not. PLEASE PLAN YOUR WORK ACCORDINGLY.
