Q: Who is included in this report?
A: This site generates reports of FDOT Prequalified Contractors only.
 
Q: What if my contact information is wrong?
A: Contact the Contracts Administration Office.  The phone number and email address are listed on the bottom of this page.

Complete Listing
Q: What does the Complete Listing Search do?
A: The Complete Listing Search lists all prequalified vendors, their contact information and their work classes
 
Q: What is the CSV File Download and how does it work?
A: This file download provides all of the published information about the current list of Prequalified Contractors that is also available in different sorted groups on the Web Site. This file is in "comma delimited" format, which will allow it to be opened or imported into a wide variety of software including spreadsheets, databases, and text editors.
The steps to download the file are:

1. Click on the CSV File Download link 
2. Select File/Save As/Destination (Save In Box)/File Name
3. Click Save

After performing these steps, any columns that contain undesired information may be deleted. 
 
Vendor Number Search
Q: What does the Vendor Number Search do?
A: The Vendor Number Search allows you to search for a vendor by their prequalified vendor identification number.  If the vendor is prequalified, their contact information and their work classes will be displayed
 
Vendor Name Search
Q: What does the Vendor Name Search do?
A: The Vendor Name Search allows you to search for a vendor by their name.  If the vendor is prequalified, their name will be displayed in the drop-down list below. When a name is selected from the drop down list, the vendor's contact information and work classes will be displayed
 
Q: What are the steps required when using this feature?
A: Key in name (partial name recommended - ex American); Click Search button; Select from drop down menu and click Submit.
 
Q: Why can't I search using an '&' symbol in the name? 
A: This search function will not find any '&' symbols.  Please key in either the first word or second word of their name; Click Search button; Select Name from Drop Down Menu and Click Submit.
 
Work Class Search
Q: What does the Work Class Search do?
A: The Work Class Search allows you to search for a vendor by work class.  The resulting list will contain all prequalified vendors, their contact information and their work classes along with the work class selected.
 
Q: What is the Specialty Work Class Field for?
A: The Specialty Work Class Field allows you to enter a partial or full specialty work class.  This allows you to search for work classes that are not listed in the major work class drop down list.  The resulting list will contain all prequalified vendors, their contact information and the work classes that they are prequalified for, along with the work class entered.
